    No problem. You can get a new link sent to your email address by going to dashboard.offstreet.io and clicking "forgot password".
  • My residence is using Offstreet. Where do I receive my visitor registration code?
    Please contact your landlord or property manager to receive your visitor registration code.
  • Where do I find the location number?
    The location number can typically be found on signage at the property. Please contact support@joinoffstreet.com if you cannot locate the location number.
  • Does Offstreet have a mobile app?
    Offstreet does not have a mobile app. Offstreet is a web app that can be accessed via your computer, tablet, or mobile device’s browser.
  • I’ve received a parking ticket, even though my vehicle was registered in Offstreet. What should I do?
    To dispute a parking violation please follow the instructions on the ticket. Offstreet does not provide parking enforcement services and cannot cancel parking tickets.
