Shorten A Registration

1. Log in to the Offstreet dashboard at dashboard.offstreet.io

2. Click on "Vehicle Lookup" in the left-hand sidebar

3. Select location and tenant name (if not pre-selected for you)

4. Ensure "Lookup By" is set to License Plate Number

5. Enter and select the plate you'd like to edit

6. Click "Edit"

7. Adjust the registration duration field to your desired length of time

8. Click "Save"

Please note: the ability to edit registration durations requires additional permissions. If you do not have access to this feature, please contact your parking operator.
